The Lovina Ethical Dolphin Tour is a dolphin watching activity located on Lovina Beach in North Bali, a three-hour drive from the airport. Lovina is known as the habitat of Bali’s dolphins. To preserve their habitat, we offer an ethical dolphin watching experience
Characteristics of an ethical Lovina Dolphin Tour:
1. Safe distance between boat and dolphins
To preserve the dolphin habitat, we maintain a safe distance from the boat and dolphins. We do not touch the dolphins directly and allow them to swim naturally without being disturbed by our presence.
2. Experienced Boat Captains
We have experienced boat captains with decades of sailing experience who understand dolphin behavior. Our captains will move away if they feel the dolphins are uncomfortable with our presence.
3. Do not feed or throw trash into the sea.
To maintain its sustainability, we ensure that tourists do not feed the dolphins directly or throw food wrappers into the sea, in order to preserve the underwater world of Lovina Beach.

– Sharing Boat:
You will be randomly joined by other participants. You will only watch dolphins and cannot combine them with swimming with dolphins. The tour only starts at 6:00 a.m.
– Private Boat:
You will not be joined by other participants. The tour has two sailing times: 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. The tour can be combined with swimming with dolphins or snorkeling at Lovina Beach.

You can also combine your tour with:
1. Lovina Snorkeling
After watching the dolphins, you will be taken to a snorkeling spot on Lovina Beach. You will snorkel for approximately one hour. You will be treated to the beauty of the underwater world and a variety of ornamental fish at Lovina Beach.
2. Lovina Fishing
Besides snorkeling, you can also combine your tour with snorkeling. You will be taken to a fishing spot after your dolphin tour. All equipment is provided, so you don’t need to bring any from home. You can take home all the fish you catch and cook it at home.
3. Menjangan Snorkeling
Menjangan Snorkeling is the best snorkeling spot in Bali. You can combine your tour with Menjangan Snorkeling. After your dolphin tour, you will be taken to Menjangan Island for snorkeling. The trip from Lovina to Menjangan Island takes approximately two hours by sharing car. You’ll also receive a free lunch upon arrival.
